Turn left, south, and travel 1300 ft. Bear right onto County Road 107W. Travel southwest for 1.3 miles to the <br />end of County Road 107W. You are presently at the recorded segment. <br />III. NATURAL ENVIRONMENT/SITE CONDITION <br />20.General Description (should include both on site as well as geographical setting with aspect, landforms, vegetation, <br />soils, depositional environment, water, ground visibility): The road segment is situated in the valley bottom east of the <br />Yampa River and northwest of the Williams Fork Mountains at an elevation of 5960 feet. Vegetation is grass from <br />agricultural development. The nearest water source is an unnamed, ephemeral that passes through the site via a <br />concrete road culvert. Soils are Evanot loam, 1 to 12 percent slopes and ground visibility is poor due to the grass <br />vegetation cover. Aspect is open as the site area is fairly level. <br />21.Soil depth (cm) and description: Soils are Evanot loam, 1 to 12 percent slopes. This loamy soil type is found on <br />hillslopes and structural benches and is formed from a parent material of loess. Soils are well drained with high runoff <br />(USDA NRCS, WSS website accessed May 2023). <br />22.Condition <br />a.Architectural/Structural b.
