Laboratory analytical reports will include electronic data deliverables (EDDs) for database upload. Data
deliverables will be provided with Level II QA/QC documentation. The turnaround time for the requested
analyses will be 14 business days from laboratory submittal. Shorter turnaround may be provided; however,
supply chain and labor issues have proved challenging for many businesses, including analytical laboratories,
which has resulted in longer-than-normal turnaround.
The laboratory reports and EDDs will be sent electronically to the DRMS addressee for the Plan. Depending
on file size, the laboratory reports and EDDs will be delivered electronically via email or Share Point. Email
distribution or access to the Share Point file will be provided within seven days of data validation. Pinyon will
include a brief narrative report for the DRMS addressee summarizing laboratory results and interpreting the
results for COCs as compared against their respective RSL values.
Field Methods and Procedures
The following section provides details regarding the equipment and methods that will be used during
implementation of the Plan. If any problems occur, which require or result in deviation from the methods
discussed, the field personnel will notify Pinyon's Project Manager, determine resolution options, and document
the details of the problem and resolution in the project field notes. Pinyon's Project Manager will inform DRMS
as soon as practical and will discuss additional actions, if necessary.
Field Equipment
The field equipment referenced below in Table 2 will be used for data collection, sampling, and decontamination
during stockpile sampling activities. The equipment will be inspected prior to each use. The Field Team Leader
is responsible for inspecting and replacing equipment as necessary. If the equipment is damaged or no longer
usable, it will be discarded as solid waste. Extra materials and equipment will be available in the field in the
event of any breakage or malfunction of the original equipment.
Table 2.
