Transporters information must be filled out by the transporting company. <br /> b) Transporter Copy <br /> a. This copy will contain the generators, transporters, and disposal facility information. The <br /> disposal facility will likely have their information pre-filled when the manifests are sent to the <br /> generator. The landfill disposal facility will record the amount of waste weighed upon the <br /> wastes arriving to the disposal facility. <br /> c) Generator Copy <br /> a. This copy will have all information filled out by the generator, transporter, and landfill. The <br /> copy must be copied and recorded to the project folder as must be received by the generator <br /> for their records. <br /> d) Landfill Copy <br /> a. This copy will be filled out with the generator information, transporter information, and <br /> consultant copy.
