3. Describe the estimated topsoil depth and how topsoil will be salvaged, stockpiled and <br /> redistributed for the re-establishment of vegetation. Specify approximate topsoil <br /> redistribution depth: <br /> Topsoil is estimated to be minimal. Topsoil present in the areas of the proposed road, <br /> and pad surfaces will e stripped and stored along the edges of disturbance to a ow or <br /> redistribution. Width of disturbance for proposed roads will be 14 feet to allow for a <br /> topsoil berm along the road. When the topsoil is redistributed over the surfaces, the <br /> 4.
