The <br /> primary reason for this goal is to minimize dust and erosion of the property and restore the <br /> site back to its natural conditions to the extent practicable. <br /> Table 2 and Figure 14, Exhibit E1 describes the amount of acreage proposed for each <br /> reclamation activity. All reclamation will occur with specified equipment and methods for <br /> attaining successful revegetation of the property. It is assumed that a -9.70-acre pond will <br /> be present post-mining, surrounded by the greenbelt area and reclaimed perimeter berm. <br /> The operating area/gravel pad and the small area outside the perimeter berm (3.54 acres) <br /> will also be reclaimed with the upland seed mix, as needed. <br /> 6.1.1 Rule 3.1 -Reclamation Performance Standards and Requirements <br /> Rule 3.1 outlines the Reclamation Performance Standards for all mining operations. <br /> 34 <br />
