The address for the property is 5127 N CR <br /> 346, Rifle, Colorado 81650. <br /> Although the access is a County road, it is under the jurisdiction of Colorado Department of <br /> Transportation (CDOT) because it is within the Interstate 70 right-of-way corridor. A CDOT <br /> Access Permit was issued for the mining parcel and is expired (Expired Permit No. 320024, <br /> Attachment B), providing approval for the integration of the entrance driveway into CDOT's <br /> road network. Scott is reapplying for a new Access Permit. Correspondence with CDOT staff <br /> regarding the reapplication process and requirements are included in Attachment B). Scott <br /> will not commence with the access road work until CDOT issues a new permit. <br /> 2.2.2 Operations Area <br /> The Operations Pad is approximately 1.86 acres and within the Affected Lands. It is <br /> included as a portion of the legal description in Section 2.2. <br /> 4 <br />
