Shop/Warehouse: <br />The shop/warehouse is of steel construction and is a two story building. Construction began approxi- <br />mately June, 1975, and was completed approximately November, 1975. An addition of two bucket bays, <br />and a new welding shop were completed in January, 1989. <br />The shop consists of about 24,350 square feet which includes work bays, bucket bays, a machine shop, <br />and a welding area. The warehouse consists of about 10,400 square feet on the first floor and 8,600 <br />square feet on the second floor. This area includes parts storage and maintenance and warehouse <br />offices. Drainage from this building flows into the Industrial Waste Pond. <br />This structure is not scheduled to be removed until the coal reserves are exhausted. <br />Dragline Repair/Electricians Shop: <br />The fuel and lube building was converted to the Dragline Repair and Electricians shop in 2011. This <br />building is a one story building of steel construction. Construction began approximately July, 1979, and <br />was completed approximately November, 1979. <br />This building consists of about 3,200 square feet of Electrician/Dragline Repair space and 4,400 square <br />feet of equipment wash area. Drainage from this building flows into the industrial waste control facilities, <br />which are discussed in detail in Section 4.3. <br />This building is not scheduled to be removed until the coal reserves are exhausted. <br />Shop Addition <br />A shop addition to accommodate maintenance of Trapper's larger equipment (Komatsu 830E 240 -ton <br />trucks and a LeTourneau L-2350 loader) was constructed in 2010. This 3 -bay shop addition is <br />connected to the south end of the existing shop. The dimensions of the new building are 100'X 245'x 57' <br />high. Two of the bays are for equipment maintenance and repair and the third (eastern most) bay is for <br />washing equipment. This facility utilizes recycled water from the Industrial Waste Pond to wash <br />equipment. A new equipment fueling facility is attached to the east end of the new building. The old <br />fueling facility has been removed. The footprint for this structure is shown on Map 13A, sheet 1 and Map <br />13B. <br />Drainage from the shop addition flows into the industrial waste control facilities, which are discussed in <br />detail in Section 4.3. <br />The shop addition is not scheduled to be removed until the coal reserves are exhausted. <br />3-181 <br />MAY 21 2013 <br />
