The amendment reflects
contact changes and changes to the number of proposed drill holes.
Section I. General Information In 2022, Mr. Alan Roberts accepted a new position with a gold
exploration company and is no longer working with Usuran Resources Inc. (Usuran). Usuran hired Mr.
Tim Brown as the US Country Manager and organized the US uranium interests by resource. The
uranium deposit in the Tallahassee Valley will be explored and studied by Tallahassee LLC, a subsidiary
of Usuran Resources LLC. Mr. Brown's contact information is provided in Section I. Item 3.
Section 111. Project Description Usuran submits this amendment to reduce proposed drill holes from
60 holes each exploration season to 20 each exploration season. Item 6.A, B, C and H are revised to
reflect the reduction. Item G is also reduced as fewer access roads will be necessary with fewer drill
holes. The remainder of the approved N01 is consistent with exploration and reclamation activities.
Also enclosed is a proposed bond decrease due to the above described reduction in exploration
activity.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
Respectfully submitted,
Angela M. Bellant`oni, Ph.D.
Enclosures: NOI form 2
Bond estimate worksheet
Cc: Tim Brown and Jim Viellenave,Tallahassee LLC
