The existing buildings on the permitted site will be utilized for this operation. In order to be used for this
operation, they will be maintained so as not to become a reclamation liability. Additional temporary
structures, including but not limited to"zircon-type"steel containers may be brought onsite as needed.
No construction of new permanent structures is planned, and no removal of existing structures is
planned. Existing onsite structures are currently in compliance with the county.
The sorting of the old waste rock is the key to this operation. It will separate the ore from the material
with insufficient value through the use of X-ray sorting equipment that will be brought and assembled
onsite. Mining activities therefore will include the unsorted waste rock stockpiles feeding the sorter, the
sorting equipment, power plant and fuel supply, earthmoving equipment, and sorted materials
stockpiles. Locations of these activity areas are shown on the Mining Map in Exhibit D.
The mining plan will proceed until the stock of old waste rock considered to yield economic values within
the permit have been exhausted. At this point the operator may opt to expand the permit boundary
under a 112 permit conversion or commence final reclamation.
