Items 2 and 3—A shale excavation area of 15 tons maximum located immediately south of the mine <br /> permit area and a commitment to reclaim some old cuts and mounds adjacent to the shale <br /> excavation area. <br /> Since these items are adjacent and were reclaimed together,they are described as one area. <br /> As seen on the Reclamation Map,the two areas are approximately 0.5 acres in size when combined. <br /> They consisted of minor highwalls and mounds as shown in Photo 7-8 before the work was done. <br /> Approximately 15 tons of shale was excavated in 2013 in this area and the material was taken off site for <br /> testing. <br /> i <br /> Photo 7—Looking south from south edge of mine perm it area to shale excavation area. <br /> Picture taken in January of 2020. <br /> Page 10 of 17 <br />
