4. AMENDMENT ORGANIZATION AND ATTACHMENTS Pursuant to Rule 1.10(1) of the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Hard Rock, Metal, and Designated Mining Operations, Amendment applications must include the same content as required for an original application, except that the Applicant will not be required to submit any information which duplicates applicable previous submittals.
