NOTICE <br /> This site is the location of a proposed mining amendment to its Reclamation Permit, Permit No. <br /> M-1977-342. This Amendment(AM-08) increases the Affected Land Boundary at the Henderson <br /> Mill located in Grand County. <br /> Climax Molybdenum Company,Henderson Operations,whose address and phone number is P.O. <br /> Box 68, Empire Colorado 80438 (303-569-3221), has applied for this action with the Colorado <br /> Mined Land Reclamation Board. The action consists of increasing the affected land boundary by <br /> 224 acres to allow for the installation of water quality management related infrastructure,including <br /> access roads for new monitoring wells. <br /> Anyone wishing to comment on the application may review the application at the Grand County <br /> Clerk and Recorder's Office in Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado, or the Clear Creek County Clerk <br /> and Recorder's Office in Georgetown, Colorado. Prior to the end of the public comment period, <br /> comments should be submitted to the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety in writing via <br /> electronic form at: https://dnrlaserfiche.state.co.us/Fortns/DRMS_Comment. <br /> Certification: <br /> I, (Miguel Hamarat, Environmental Manager), <br /> hereby c4fify that I posted a sign containing the above notice for the proposed mining amendment <br /> area known as Henderson Operations, on April 10, 2023. <br />
