Apri14, 2023 C-1981-035/King Coal Mine LJW <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06A <br /> The final maintenance item that was noted during the previous inspection was to clean the sediment that <br /> has collected in the ring berm on the south side of the main topsoil stockpile at the King II facility and clean the <br /> culvert associated with that berm. The ditch has been cleared of excess sediment and can be seen in Photos One <br /> and Two. The ditch appears to have been restored to its full drainage capacity. The culvert has been mostly <br /> cleared,however due to the length of the culvert was not completely cleared as seen in Photo Three.
