Compliance With Mine Plan <br /> PROBLEM/POSSIBLE VIOLATION: Problem: Mining is not occurring in accordance with the approved <br /> Mine Plan. The operation has mined through the south permit boundary daylighting the pit to the adjacent Allen <br /> Pit(M-2002-094). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Submit a Technical Revision to the permit to address the change to the Mine Plan <br /> and to update the final Reclamation Plan for the site. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION DUE DATE: 9/30/22 <br /> Page 1 of 5 <br />
