On May 23, <br /> 2016, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board revoked the Summit Point Exploration <br /> Permit and forfeited the financial warranty. The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br /> used the bond money to reclaim the site in 2017.
