On June 11, 2015, the <br /> Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board revoked the Hard Scrabble Permit and forfeited the <br /> financial warranty. The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety used the bond money to <br /> reclaim the site in 2017.
