(The Board shall <br /> have the right of entry to reclaim said lands). See also §§34-32-104, C.R.S (the <br /> office has the full power and authority to carry out and administer the Act);34-32- <br /> 105(4), (the Board has jurisdiction and authority over all persons and property, <br /> public or private,necessary to enforce the provisions of the Act). Pursuant to its <br /> authority and responsibility,the Division will begin reclamation of the site in July <br /> of 2007. <br /> Specifically in reference to your letter dated July 7,2006, you mention that you <br /> anticipate restarting this mining operation. As stated above,you have no <br /> authority to take such action.
