The storage pole barn is neat and well kept,with <br /> items stored in an orderly fashion. The pole barn area can be seen in Photo Three. The secondary containment <br /> unit for the onsite fuel storage is in good condition,the tank had been removed during the last year. A small area <br /> adjacent to the old fuel tank location has been used for a lay down yard and storage area. All items contained in <br /> this area appear to be in good condition and well organized. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> Due to the muddy conditions only the topsoil stockpiles at the Johnson Property Topsoil Storage Area <br /> were observed from the vantage point of BB Road. All observed stockpiles were in good condition and no <br /> evidence of significant erosion was noted. All applicable ring berms appear to be functioning as designed and no <br /> evidence of material transport was noted.
