January 24,2023 C-1981-008/New Horizon Mine LJW <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04: <br /> The Facilities area was observed from the vantage point of West 5th Ave. All buildings appeared to be <br /> secured and in good condition,no evidence of vandalism or attempted unauthorized entry was noted. Various <br /> materials area stored around the facilities area, and all observed items are stored in a neat and orderly fashion. An <br /> example of the facilities area can be seen in Photo Four. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> Portions of the Johnson Property Topsoil Storage Area was observed during the inspection. Of the <br /> observed stockpiles,all were well marked and appeared stable. No evidence of significant erosion was noted and <br /> all ring berms appear to be intact and functioning.
