As discussed the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety requires that we try to get a structure agreement
with structure owners within 200 feet of the mine permit boundary. We have to have a factor of safety of 1.5 or greater
for the DRMS to accept the static analysis and a factor of safety of 1.3 or greater for the pseudo-static(earthquake
loading) and based on the analysis we have a factor of safety of 2.79 and 2.05 for the static and pseudo-static loading.
Regards,
J.C.
J.C.
