Per our phone conversation attached is the structure agreement along with our mining plan map and our slope stability
analysis.As discussed the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety requires that we try to get a structure agreement
with structure owners within 200 feet of the mine permit boundary. We have to have a factor of safety of 1.5 or greater
for the DRMS to accept the static analysis and a factor of safety of 1.3 or greater for the pseudo-static(earthquake
loading)and based on the analysis we have a factor of safety of 2.79 and 2.05 for the static and pseudo-static loading.
