Safeguarding North Highwall and Site Grading (Item 6.0, Page 12) <br /> Question: If a stockpile within the construction limits is only partially utilized for fill or other site grading <br /> activity does it need to be graded down to match the grade of pit floor? <br /> DRMS Response: If a stockpile within the construction limits is only partially utilized the stockpile will <br /> be required to be graded down to achieve a minimum slope with three feet of horizontal distance for <br /> every one foot of fall (3h:1v slope) and revegetated in accordance with Item 8.0 Seeding and <br /> Revegetation. All other specifications remain the same. <br /> 5. Mine Pit Floor Seeding& Revegetation—Seed Distribution (Item 8.1 [Al, page 14) <br /> Question: Specification 8.1 [A] requires that "The drill rows shall be spaced a minimum of 10 inches <br /> apart."
