Item 4.0 of the Bid Schedule. Such payment shall include the cost of all materials, <br /> accessories, labor, maintenance, operating supplies, salaries of operators, and any other <br /> expenses incidental to the operation of the equipment in the performance of work in <br /> accordance with this specification and bid item(s). <br /> PROJECT OBSERVATION <br /> The PROJECT MANAGER will be at the project site periodically to monitor construction <br /> activities and ensure that each work item is completed and constructed to design <br /> specifications. The PROJECT MANAGER will be available during regular business hours <br /> (8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.) on weekdays. Inspections will not be scheduled on weekend <br /> days or holidays without prior approval of the PROJECT MANAGER. It is the <br /> CONTRACTOR's responsibility to schedule inspections with the Project Manager so as <br /> not to delay the work. The following items must be observed and approved by the <br /> PROJECT MANAGER before proceeding with additional work: <br /> 1. Final grade of pond shoreline slopes prior to revegetation. <br /> The attached Bid Schedule form must be submitted. Award will be made to the apparent <br /> low bidder if the low quote is within the project budget estimate, and if the CONTRACTOR'S <br /> equipment and proposed schedule are deemed sufficient by the Division to accomplish the <br /> project within the specified time of completion. <br /> Page 10 of 10 <br /> Rev.7/15/2022 <br />
