The rate <br /> of application is not specified on the sheet but is specified at 1.5 tons per acre of <br /> hay (preferred) or 2 tons per acre of straw in the Reclamation Performance <br /> Standards (Section 6.1.1). These accord with standard CDOT specifications. <br /> 33.Will hydromulch be used on all reclamation land types? <br /> As stated on Figure 15 Exhibit E2, "seeding should be applied in concert with a <br /> sterilized hydromulch". As <br /> mentioned in the DRMS permit, the SWSP will replace any out-of-priority <br /> depletions through an augmentation plan or a contracted source through either <br /> the Colorado River District or West Divide Water Conservancy District.
