The Division provided written notification of submittal of the complete RN-08 application to the <br /> following government agencies: <br /> Moffat County Commissioners <br /> Moffat County Planning Department, Planning Director <br /> Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement(OSMRE), Western Regional <br /> Coordinating Center <br /> U.S. Bureau of Land Management(BLM), Little Snake Resource Area <br /> Colorado Division of Water Resources (DWR) <br /> Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife (CPW) <br /> Office of Archaeology & Historic Preservation (within History Colorado) <br /> Colorado Water Quality Control Division Permit Section (WQCD) <br /> Colorado State Board of Land Commissioners (SLB) <br /> U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) <br /> Rio Blanco County Planning Department <br /> Rio Blanco County Commissioners <br /> 3.2 Application Review and Responses <br /> A response was received by the Division from the Colorado State Historic Preservation Office <br /> (SHPO) on May 8, 2022 with no adequacy items regarding Colowyo's RN-08. <br /> 3.3 Status of Permit Revision and Technical Revisions <br /> This section identifies Technical Revisions (TRs) processed since the issuance of Permit <br /> Renewal No. 7 (RN-07) on August 14, 2018. <br /> TR-121 TR-121 updated a power distribution system to support mining operations in the <br /> Collom Pit including light-use roads to facilitate and access to construct and <br /> maintain the power line. <br /> TR-122 TR-122 incorporated an Upper and Lower Ditch near the toe of the fill on Haul <br /> Road A. <br /> TR-123 TR-123 updated the use of the Collom Aspen reference area instead of the <br /> Danforth Hills reference area to evaluate revegetation success for the South <br /> Taylor reclamation units. <br /> TR-124 TR-124 revised the footprint for the temporary spoil pile at the Collom Pit to <br /> allow overburden materials to be placed closer to the northern limit of the Collom <br /> Pit. <br /> TR-125 TR-125 provided an analysis of potential groundwater points of compliance for <br /> Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance January 5,2023 <br /> Permit Renewal No. 8 Page 18 <br />
