The extraction limits assure through the use of setbacks that other interests are <br /> not affected by planned extraction. Extraction is set back uniformly? at a <br /> minimum 10.0± feet from the edge of property lines; easements and rights-of- <br /> way; underground gas Tines or other underground facilities, irrigation ditches <br /> and seep ditch, wells and other structures.
