Stipulation No. 22 was attached to the permit in conjunction with Permit Revision No. 7 (approved in <br /> August 2015), and has been met. <br /> Enforcement Actions <br /> No enforcement actions have been issued since the last midterm review. <br /> The Review Process for RN8 <br /> o DRMS received TMI's application 30 June 2022. <br /> o DRMS found the application complete 2 July 2022. <br /> o TMI published its public notice weekly for four consecutive weeks beginning 8 July 2022. <br /> o Proof of publication was submitted by TMI to DRMS on 24 August 2022. <br /> o No objections or requests for informal conferences were received by DRMS during the <br /> public comment period. <br /> o The State Historical Preservation officer through History Colorado,provided DRMS a letter <br /> stating they had no obj ections to the application. <br /> o DRMS reviewed the application providing TMI preliminary adequacy questions on 30 <br /> August 2022 and a second round of adequacy on 7 September 2022. <br /> o DRMS received TMI's preliminary adequacy responses on 27 October 2022. <br /> o TMI's response to adequacy satisfactorily addressed all DRMS's questions. <br /> o DRMS conducted AVS checks on the following dates: <br /> • 5 July 2022 <br /> • 21 November 2022 <br /> • 29 December 2022 <br /> Description of the Environment <br /> Location of Permit Area <br /> The legal description of the lands included within the permit area of Trapper Mine follow. <br /> Township 5 North, Range 90 West <br /> Portions of Sections 6, 8 and 9; Section 5 All <br /> Township 5 North, Range 91 West <br /> Portions of Sections 1, 4, and 5; <br /> All of Sections 2 and 3 <br /> Township 6 North, Range 90 West <br /> Portions of Sections 30 and 32 <br /> Section 31, All <br /> Township 6 North, Range 91 West <br /> Portions of Sections 21, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 32 <br /> Sections 33, 34, 35, and 36, All. <br /> Trapper Mine is located in northwest Colorado along the northern slope of the Williams Fork <br /> Mountains,approximately six miles southwest of the City of Craig.
