Mine Phases 2 through 5 <br /> a . Mining Direction- Mine Phase 2 through 5 will be mined in a direction from north to <br /> south. <br /> b. 25 Acre Maximum Mine Disturbance Commitment- For the mining and backfill portion <br /> of the reclamation bond; for Phases 2 through 5, the maximum mining and backfill <br /> operation disturbance area is 25 acres at any one time.
