If yes, please describe: <br /> 9) (Optional)Please provide additional information about the Mining Plan: <br /> The irrigation pond will be excavated at 3:1 slimes to a bottom elevation of 4752.The highest <br /> anticipated groundwater level of elevation 4750 was found during excavation of exploratory test <br /> pits on the site. J-2 commits to remaining a minimum of 2 feet above this highest anticipated <br /> groundwater elevation during the mining operation. The mining excavation will then be backfilled <br /> with 3 feet of impervious clay/overburden on the floor and slopes to create an impervious liner. <br /> e limits of mining and mining slopes are shown on the Exhibit E - Mining Man map. <br /> A benn wound the extedoi of the mining, with a top width of 15 feet, and 3.1 slopes will also be <br /> consti ucted using linpervious clay/overburden n iaterials, as showi i on the Exhibit E - Reclaniati <br /> Plan rnap. <br /> OvPch,irden and topsnil will be stockpiled as shown on the mining plan map Topsoil from the <br /> topsail stockpile will he used to reclaim the city Any topsoil not needed for the reclamation of the <br /> site will be exported and the disturbed area where the topsoil stockpile is removed will be seeded <br /> as part of the reclamation of the site. <br /> The seed mix and PLS per acre rates to be used to reclaim the site are shown in Exhibit D- <br /> Reclamation Plan, Section 7.b- Zone 1 - Eastern Plains. The application rates shown will e <br /> doubled ecause the seed will a broadcast. <br />
