EXHIBIT C -Mining Plan <br /> Rule 6.3.3 <br /> The purpose of the mining plan is to describe how mining will affect the permit area for the duration of <br /> the operation. <br /> 1) Estimated dates of commencement: December 1, 2022 and completion: May 30, 2023 <br /> Note: Reclamation of all affected lands shall be completed within 12 months after issuance of the <br /> permit. An Operator possessing a 111(1)(b) Reclamation Permit must convert to the appropriate <br /> regular construction materials permit if extraction and export of materials from the site are not <br /> completed within 12 months after the issuance of the permit. <br /> 2) Depth of topsoil to be salvaged (check one): <br /> F 4-6 inches __0_6-8 inches <br /> _]8-10 inches =10-12 inches <br /> _ R Other: <br /> F_N/A, explain: <br /> 3) Description of how topsoil will be stockpiled and stabilized: <br /> Topsoil will be stockpiled as shown on the Exhibit E - Mining Plan map. and roughened to <br /> prevent erosion. Topsoil not used for reclamation will be exported from the site. <br /> 4) Thickness of overburden needed to be moved: 3.7 feet or N/A <br /> 5) Thickness of deposit to be mined: 11.3 feet <br /> 6) How will the mine be accessed: dD existing roads d:jj new roads will be created <br /> a. Please describe the existing roads: <br /> Access will be off of Weld County Road 40 which is a 24 feet wide gravel surfaced <br /> road. The access road on the site will be an existing 24 feet wide gravel surfaced road. <br /> b. If there will be new roads or road improvements, please describe the new roads and road <br /> improvements (note, new roads must be included in permitted acreage): <br /> 7) Will water be needed during the mining operation (check one): (IL)Yes or l�l No <br /> a. If yes,please describe the source of the water and how much water will be used during the <br /> operation: <br /> Water source will be the Hunt Water, LLC commercial use wells shown in the attached <br /> petition and augmented per the attached water court case. Total use 5.66 acre-feet. <br />
