Revisions to the Permit <br /> The following are revisions processed since the last issued renewal (RN-07, approved <br /> November 1, 2017). This includes revisions that have decision dates after November 1, <br /> 2017 and revisions with pending decisions. <br /> Minor Revisions <br /> Minor Revision No. 45 was approved on November 27, 2017. MR45 approved inclusion of an <br /> analysis of the refuse pile to Appendix 4(8). The report(Geochemical Materials Analysis, King I <br /> and II Mines) stems from sampling planned by MR-41. <br /> Minor Revision No. 46 was approved on July 31 2017. MR-46 approved an additional mine <br /> ventilation fan at the return air portal. Approval of MR-46 increased the reclamation liability by <br /> $4,630.35. <br /> Minor Revision No. 47 was approved on March 8, 2018. MR-47 approved an adjustment of the <br /> orientation of the mine fan at the return portal (added with MR-46) and added an air jig to the <br /> King II facilities area. Approval of MR-47 increased the reclamation liability by $20,535.71. <br /> Minor Revision No. 48 was approved May 20, 2019. MR-47 approved a work plan for <br /> addressing wells with elevated total organic carbon (TOC) concentrations. <br /> Minor Revision No. 49 was approved August 27, 2019. MR-49 approved drilling of exploration <br /> hole GCC-19-06 within the permit boundary. Approval of MR-49 increased the reclamation <br /> liability by $1,728.00. <br /> Minor Revision No. 50 was approved on January 17, 2020. MR-50 approved GCC to make <br /> three shallow excavations on the hillslope east of the existing King II facilities area to define the <br /> area of the coal seam outcrop. Approval of MR-50 increased the reclamation liability by <br /> $2,158.00. <br /> Technical Revisions <br /> Technical Revision No. 27 was approved on September 18, 2019. TR-27 approved redesign of a <br /> portion of the permitted refuse disposal area. TR-27 increased the reclamation liability by <br /> $67,774.00, and increased the approved disturbance area by 0.65 acres, and the approved <br /> affected area by 4.58 acres <br /> Technical Revision No. 28 was approved on September 27, 2019. TR-28 provided updates the <br /> mine plan map, in particular the workings west of the King II facilities, which are in Sections 35 <br /> and 36. <br /> 1 <br />
