EXHIBIT D-Reclamation Plan <br /> Rule 6.3.4 <br /> The purpose of the Reclamation Plan is to describe the timing,procedures, criteria and materials that will <br /> be used to reclaim the affected land to the proposed future land use. This plan must be correlated to <br /> Exhibit E-Map. <br /> 1) Primary future(Post-mining) land use(check one): <br /> F Cropland(CR) Pastureland(PL) General Agriculture (GA) <br /> F Rangeland(RL) Forestry (FR) Wildlife Habitat(WL) ** <br /> F-1 Residential (RS) Recreation(RC) Industrial/Commercial (IC) <br /> F-1 Developed Water Resource (WR) <br /> **Note: The Colorado Parks & Wildlife (CPW) must be consulted where wildlife use is the <br /> proposed future land use. <br /> 2) Please provide a general description of how the mined area will be reclaimed: <br /> The mined area will be lined with 3 ft of impervious clay/overburden and an above grade berm <br /> will be constructed with impervious clay/overburden, to create an lined pond to store irrigation <br /> water. All reclaimed slopes will be 3:1 or flatter. All disturbed areas, remaining stockpiles, and <br /> slopes above the high water surface of the pond will have 6 inches of topsoil replaced and will <br /> e seeded. <br /> 3) Specify which ponds, streams, roads and buildings, if any, will remain after reclamation. <br /> These features must be shown on the Exhibit E-Map: <br /> The excavated pit will remain as a lined irrigation water storage pond Excess material <br /> stockpiles will also remain. <br /> Note: if ponds are a part of the Reclamation Plan, slopes from 5 vertical feet above to 10 <br /> vertical feet below the expected average water level cannot be steeper than 311:1 V;remaining <br /> slope lengths may not be steeper than 2H:1V(see example sketch below). <br /> 5' <br /> 10, I <br /> 3 <br /> I............................._........................w...... ........__........ _...__.._................._..............................._.........................._ <br />
