Occasional access is still needed for access to monitoring wells and other maintenance. GCC will <br /> continue to maintain this access road and manage the Old Barn area. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04: <br /> Surface facilities at King II are in good condition. Ditches and culverts throughout the facilities are in <br /> good condition and appear ready for winter conditions. GCC is actively shipping coal. Eleven haul trucks were <br /> ready to load at the beginning of the inspection. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> The topsoil stockpile east of the King II facilities needs the collection ditch on the west side of the pile <br /> cleaned out.
