Box 187 <br /> Craig, Colorado 81626 <br /> 10 November 2022 <br /> Re: Trapper Mine Inc; Permit C1981010 <br /> DRMS Adequacy Review Number Two of Technical Revision TR132; I Pit Overburden Stockpile <br /> Extension and Dragline Walk Road Stripping <br /> Dear Mr. Roberts: <br /> The Division has completed its preliminary review of Trapper Mine's permit revision <br /> TR132 received by the Division on 22 September 2022. DRMS found the proposed <br /> revision complete on 3 October 2022. The proposed decision due date is 2 December 2022, <br /> 60 days from completeness. No new disturbance was requested in the revision although <br /> additional stripping south of UJ Pit and in previously bond released acres in the historic H <br /> Pit was proposed. Stripping of 33.9 is requested comprising redisturbance of approximately <br /> 29.4 acres (H Pit), and an additional 4.6 acres (UJ Pit) stockpile. <br /> DRMS review comprises the M10A, M10B and the M6 PMT maps, the submitted <br /> addendum to Appendix A and the provision of a DRMS cost estimate. The following rules <br /> comprise the review: <br /> 2.04 12.05.6 3.02.2 4.03 <br /> DRMS 18 October 2022 <br /> Rule 2.04.4 Cultural and Historic Information <br /> DRMS is in receipt(17 October), of a letter from History Colorado requesting an additional <br /> cultural survey to cover lands identified previously (2020), to have a high potential for the area <br /> to contain previously unidentified cultural remains that could be impacted by the proposed <br /> TR132 application. <br /> 1 .
