Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not on site <br /> NA - Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste NA - Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection of the Yoast Mine, C1994082, operated by Seneca Property <br /> LLC. Dan MacKinnon of OSM was present to conduct an oversight inspection. Kevin Copeland <br /> of Peabody Inc, was present throughout the inspection. The inspection was conducted, and the <br /> report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. The weather was snowy with some wind <br /> and temperatures hovering around 30 degrees F. The ground was snowy and muddy. The roads <br /> were slippery and muddy, limiting access to the site. No hydrologic or air quality issues were <br /> detected at the time of inspection. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation has been completed at the site. No offsite air quality issues or hydrologic impacts <br /> were observed at the time of inspection. Reclamation was observed to be stable with mature <br /> vegetation. Ponds and drainage ways appeared to be functioning adequately. Due to snow <br /> slippery road conditions, not all of the site was accessible at the time of inspection. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> o The mine site identification signs observed at the mine access point off the Twenty Mile Road <br /> and off the county road by the ponds,were intact, displaying all required information: mine <br /> name, operator name, address,phone number, DRMS permit number and contact information. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.031(3), 4.03.2(3);Drainage 4.031(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br /> 4.03.1(5) and(6) 4.03.2(S) and(6). <br /> o Roads in and through the site were slippery and muddy and in adequate repair. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 4 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br /> Page 2 of 8 <br />
