This ditch was clear and functional. <br /> Ditch D9 south of the Soil Storage Area was clear and functional. <br /> Ditch D7 is surrounded by thick willow growth,however the berm separating the ditch and the affected land <br /> northeast of the "Portable Explosives And Chemical Storage" area seems to have been compacted or <br /> removed. NECC has stored some large old culverts in this area.
