Pond banks and <br /> dam outslopes were in good repair and well vegetated. <br /> o Ponds 6,held clear water and was discharging at the time of inspection. <br /> o Pond 16 was discharging clear water. <br /> o Stock tanks above pond 16 held a small amount of water. <br /> o Pond17,held fairly clear water and was not discharging at the time of inspection. <br /> SLIDES and OTHER DAMAGE-Rule 4.12 <br /> No recent slumping was observed. <br /> REVEGETATION-Rule 4.15 <br /> Most perennial vegetation was beginning to take on autumn shades of beige and brown. Shrubs and tree foliage <br /> remained green at the time of inspection. Vegetation is well established and mature throughout the site. <br /> FISH and WILDLIFE—RULE 4.18 <br /> Wildlife is often observed throughout the Seneca IIW mine site. Wildlife observed comprised a variety of raptors <br /> bluebirds, and waterfowl on the ponds.
