Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste NA -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Seneca IIW Mine, C 1982057, operated by Seneca Property LLC. The <br /> inspection was conducted, images analyzed and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Kevin <br /> Copeland,mine representative, was present throughout the inspection. No hydrologic or air quality issues were <br /> detected at the time of inspection. It was a clear day with no breeze. Temperatures hovered around 65 <br /> degrees F. <br /> OUTSTANDING MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br /> 1. Willows encompassing the flume at Pond#6 require mitigation. <br /> 2. Downed Fencing above pond 6 poses a hazard to wildlife and livestock <br /> INSPECTION.- <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is complete and executed as permitted. Approximately 106.2 acres of Phase I released acres remain <br /> for bond release. These acres comprise the main haul road, Pond 6 and the slide area above; Ponds 15 and 16 and <br /> slide area on the east side of the site. Year nine vegetation sampling of the above mentioned areas occurred in <br /> August 2022. Reclamation appears stable with well established vegetation. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> o Permit boundary markers on the main haul road were apparent and adequately spaced. <br /> o A replacement mine identification sign was posted at the main entrance from the County Road. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance 4.03.1(5) and(6) <br /> 4.03.2(5) and(6). <br /> o Roads were damp from the rain and in good repair providing access to the entire site. <br /> o The main haul road was stable and in good condition. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 4 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1 <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
