(TC). This inspection was conducted by Tabetha Lynch with the Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation,Mining,and Safety(Division).Kevin Copeland of TC accompanied the inspection.Miranda Kawcak <br /> was present during the records check. Overall the weather was clear and warm during the inspection. <br /> Please note the RN-8 application is due to the Division no later than 11/23/2022. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> Records were checked at the mine office. See details at the end of report. Please provide the Division the <br /> updated subsidence data and report. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage —Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Please update the monitoring Tables:For the bed rock wells PR03-06,(the difference is two wells WC008A and <br /> WC013A).For Surface water PR03-06,(difference being the tables include sites 900A, 1002, 304,MC-1 and <br /> USGS 700). It appears an old set of tables was inadvertently approved during a revision. Please update these <br /> table via a revision or the upcoming renewal so that the Division has a chance to review them to ensure the <br /> correct tables are shown in the PAP. <br /> Surface drainage in the proximity of the stoker coal loadout appears to have been addressed.
