The preliminary adequacy items are addressed first, followed by the geotechnical <br /> adequacy items: <br /> 1 . Preliminary Adequacy Review <br /> Comments <br /> 1) The Division received state agency comments from History Colorado. The letter from this <br /> agency is included as an enclosure with this adequacy review letter. Please review the letter <br /> and provide comments accordingly. <br /> It is acknowledged that no properties of historical significance have been identified on the property, <br /> but that there is the possibility of unidentified cultural resources yet to be found. The applicant will <br /> follow the CRS 24-80 part 13 requirements in the incident that human remains are found on the <br /> property from ground disturbance. The fill and disposal site location are not associated with a <br /> Federal undertaking, therefore, the federal agency requirements are not applicable to this <br /> operation. No federal land is involved with the operation in general. <br /> 2) The name of the permittee is not consistent and should be the full name: "Grand Junction <br /> Pipe & Supply Co."Examples include page i-1 and Exhibit O.
