Project activities will not remove, replace, or <br />otherwise alter any distinctive historic features or <br />characteristics of the resource, nor will project activities <br />alter the course of the railroad or the height of the railroad <br />grade. The box culvert at MP 10.46 will be <br />replaced with a smooth steel pipe culvert protected by <br />riprap.
