Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> CONVOENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection conducted by Lucas West of CDRMS. The site is in final reclamation,and not <br /> active the day of the inspection. The weather was cloudy and dry. Tony Tennyson of Elk Ridge Mining and <br /> Reclamation Accompanied the inspection and represented the Operator. Eight Photos accompany this report to <br /> illustrate the observed site conditions. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> All mine records are stored in the meeting building files and were verified at the time of inspection. The <br /> applicable files that are found online were also verified. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage —Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8;Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> All ponds were observed during this inspection. <br /> Pond 12 contained no standing water,the banks are well vegetated and appeared stable at the time of the <br /> inspection. The entire length of the reporting ditch was also observed to be free from obstruction and able to <br /> function as designed. Pond 12 can be seen in Photo One. <br /> Pond 13 was actively aerating and mixing water. The aeration device was functioning as designed and no excess <br /> precipitate was noted. The banks around the pond are well vegetated and evidence of heavy wildlife and water <br /> fowl traffic was noted. The cross pond baffles appeared to be in good condition and the mooring posts were <br /> stable. The outfall of pond was observed to be flowing into the receiving waters. No problems were identified <br /> with the discharge point or outflow stream. Pond 13 can be seen in Photo Two. <br /> Pond 15, shown in Photo Three,was observed to contain no standing water or evidence of recent flow.
