September 20,2022 C-2010-089/New Horizon North Mine LJW <br /> During previous inspections an small area of the facilities area was observed to have irrigation tail water from the <br /> field flowing through the silt fence,across the area and reporting to Pond 001. At this time no tail water was <br /> observed flowing and the minor erosional features have not increased in size or severity. This area can be seen in <br /> Photo Four. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 4.15,Rule 3: <br /> All areas that have been reclaimed are in excellent condition. The respective vegetative covers appear <br /> healthy and no infestations of State Listed Noxious Weeds were noted. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> All appropriate signage including topsoil and other material markers were observed on site. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> All topsoil and bench 1 material piles were observed during the inspection. All topsoil piles are well <br /> marked with signage,vegetated for stability and showed no signs of settling, slumping or erosion. An example of <br /> the topsoil stockpiles located on site can be seen in Photo Five. Similarly the Bench 1 stockpiles appeared stable <br /> and in good condition.
