Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> CONVOENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection conducted by Lucas West of the Colorado Division of Reclamation,Mining and <br /> Safety as part of the normal monitoring program for permitted sites. Tony Tennyson of Elk Ridge Mining and <br /> Reclamation accompanied the inspection and represented the Operator. The site is in Final Reclamation and was <br /> not active the day of the inspection. the weather was cloudy and dry, Six photos accompanty this report to <br /> illustrate the observed site conditions <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(l): <br /> All records were verified in the Mine Office. Those that were applicable to be found online were verified. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage —Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8;Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> At the time of the inspection the center pivot alfalfa field was not being irrigated. The field is in excellent <br /> condition and well maintained. <br /> Pond 001 contained no standing water however is well vegetated in response to the precipitation received during <br /> the summer months. The banks appeared stable at the time of the inspection and the pond can be seen in Photo <br /> One. The inlet structure is in good condition,free from obstruction and appears able to function as designed. The <br /> ditch reporting to Pond 001 was clear and contained no standing water. Both ditches including the lined and <br /> unlined portions showed no evidence of recent flow. An example of the ditch can be seen in Photo Two. <br /> Pond 002 was observed to have no standing water and similar to Pond 001 was well vegetated and stable at the <br /> time of the inspection. Pond 002 can be seen in Photo Three. The reporting ditches are clear of obstruction and <br /> appear able to function as designed.
