3. On the Mine Plan Map, provide the length, width and depth and elevation lines of any <br /> excavations on the east berm. <br /> 4. Please indicate on the revised Exhibit C Mine Plan Map, the elevation to which the <br /> grading will take place at the north end of the pit at the outfall to the Arikaree River. <br /> 5. Please provide the length depth and width of excavations as well as elevation lines for the <br /> extent of the excavations at the north end. <br /> 6. Please submit documentation from the State Engineers Office regarding the August 2022 <br /> impoundment of water. <br /> 7. As per C.R.S. 34-32.5-116(4)0), by 8 October 2022 or before, please submit <br /> documentation that affected land has been stabilized and protected so as to effectively <br /> control erosion. And that Lincoln County has reestablished the berm separating the pit <br /> from Currie Creek.
