Permit section 3.0 discusses baseline ground <br /> water quality. Permit section 4.0 discusses baseline surface water quality data. Permit sections 4.3.2.3 <br /> and 4.3.4 discuss on site waste disposal,the waste constituents and leachate potential. Section 4.3.4.6 <br /> discusses the Probability and Control of Impact. The Annual Hydrology Reports provide information on <br /> ongoing water quality monitoring. The surface water discussion resides in permit sections 2.7 Hydrology <br /> 4.0. <br /> This rule is adequately addressed in the Permit. <br /> Rule 2.04.8 Climate Information <br /> Section 2.1 of the Trapper Permit addresses Climatology for the area with varying data sets collected <br /> through1936 and 1979. DRMS is aware that Trapper maintains climatological data consisting of seasonal <br /> precipitation, ambient seasonal air temperatures,and wind direction and speeds. <br /> This aspect of the Rules is adequately addressed. <br /> Rule 2.04.11 Fish and Wildlife Information <br /> Section 2.4 of the Trapper Permit addresses the topic of Fish and Wildlife with comprehensive <br /> information on the species know to occur on or adjacent to the site. DRMs notes that in June of 2022 <br /> Trapper Mine Inc, conducted a search of state databases and publication to assess what, if any, Threatened <br /> and Endangered plant and animal species may occur within the Trapper boundary and to what extent any <br /> species utilizes the Trapper Mine area. <br /> This rule is adequately addressed in the Permit. <br /> Rule 2.05.2 Operation Plan <br /> Permit section 3.0 presents a thorough discussion of the operations and reclamation plans, describing <br /> mining methods, equipment and anticipated production tonnage. <br /> This aspect of the Rules is adequately addressed with the exception of <br /> August 2022 DRMS <br /> 4. Please update table 3.1-1 Maximum Annual Production if any changes are anticipated for this <br /> permit term. <br /> 5. Please update table 3.1-3 Approximate Yearlv Disturbance and Reclamation by Phases (permit <br /> pg. 3-13) to reflect projected acreages for the new permit term. <br /> 6.
