3 <br /> Exhibit G Water Information <br /> DRMS 13 July <br /> DRMS notes from the Index Map and the Mine Plan Map that Pine Creek appears to headwater <br /> inside the permit boundary and flows outside the southwest permit boundary. Also that utilizing <br /> water for dust abatement was mentioned in the Mine Plan. <br /> 13. Please provide a brief statement indicating how runoff from disturbed areas and stockpiles, <br /> will be managed to protect against polluting surface or groundwater. <br /> 14. Please update Exhibit G to include the fact that Pine Creek is proximal to the operation. <br /> 15. Please update the Exhibit G statement implying no water will be used in the operation to <br /> indicate that water will be used for dust abatement. <br /> DRMS notes that Exhibit G was updated and provided to the Division adequately addressing the above <br /> mentioned items. <br /> 6.12 Exhibit L Reclamation Costs <br /> DRMS 13 July <br /> Although this is a local government operation a reclamation cost estimate is nonetheless required. <br /> 16. Please include information on the costs for: <br /> o backfilling and grading <br /> o dust suppression and water costs <br /> o seeding and rates of seeding for each species <br /> o drill seeding and hand seeding <br /> o importing and spreading compost and topsoil. <br /> You have sixty (60), days from the date of this letter to submit all necessary documents to DRMS <br /> for the application to be considered filed. If, at the end of the sixty day period,the application has <br /> not been determined to be filed with DRMS,DRMS shall deny the application and application and <br /> terminate the application file. <br /> The response due date is 11 September 2022. <br /> This letter shall not be construed to mean there are no other technical deficiencies in your <br /> application.
