COLORADO „ 0Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety Department of Natural Resources 19 August 2022 Ty Stogsdill Lincoln Co 103 Third Ave. PO Box 39 Hugo, CO 80821 Re: Lincoln County; Harold Eichman Gravel Pit File No. M1985105 Preliminary Adequacy 112 Reclamation Permit CN1 Application Mr. Stogsdill: On 28 June 2022,the Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety(Division/DRMS) received a 112 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Conversion(CNl),Application package from Lincoln County for the Harold Eichman Gravel Pit File No. M1985105. On II July 2022 the application was deemed incomplete for lack of a public notice at the entrance. The operator provided proof that the notice was posted and the application was deemed complete at the end of the day on 11 July 2022. A partial response to adequacy was conducted over the phone on 22 July 2022. DRMS requested that adequacy pages be mailed to the Division. DRMS received an email with revised pages on 4 August 2022. The operation is anticipated to be active for 10 years,from 2022 through 2023. The post mining land use specified is general agriculture. The Division received the conversion fee for a 112 operation as required. 6.4.2 Exhibit B Index Map DRMS 13 July Please update the legal description to identify the affected area and include the acreage of the affected area on the Index Map. This would include the sequence of each phase and an estimate of the periods of time required for the various stages of the operation. o excavation, o backfilling and grading of any highwall o topsoiling o seeding 2. Please provide an estimate of time periods required for each phase of the operation. 3. Please update the Mining Plan Map (Exhibit C),to indicate the location of material, overburden and topsoil stockpiles.
