No large puddles or other significant problems were observed. <br /> Some ditches on the flat portion of Gob Pile 92 have eroded and need to be repaired. On this pile,the sediment <br /> and erosion control structures are functioning. Rills were visible on the upper(bare) slopes of Gob Pile#2,but <br /> they are small. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 4.15,Rule 3: <br /> The vegetation at the former Hubbard Creek Vent Shaft has improved since May 2022. <br /> No problems were seen at the Rock Laydown area near Hubbard Creek. <br /> REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15 <br /> Vegetative Cover;Timing: <br /> Several weeds were seen around the site: <br /> *Tamarisk at Pond C <br /> *Perennial pepperweed at the upper portion of Gob Pile 92 (in multiple areas) <br /> *Knapweed along the haul road,above Curve 2 <br /> *Perennial pepperweed and mullein along the road near Topsoil Stockpile A <br /> *Thistle,perennial pepperweed,and mullein at Curve 10 <br /> *Perennial pepperweed along the road to the Utility Bench <br /> *Thistle,mullein, and white top on the Utility Bench. <br /> BRL needs to continue to treat these weeds. Evidence of past treatment of weeds was seen in many locations. <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE -Rule 4.12: <br /> It appears that slumps have not moved significantly in the recent past.
