Basil Bear was on site <br /> throughout the inspection(although not with the inspector),and he was in the office during the records review. <br /> BRL continues to focus their efforts on Gob Pile#3, and significant progress has been made in 2022. During the <br /> inspection, several rows of material had been placed on the east side of the pile. A smaller amount of material <br /> needed to be spread at the west end of the pile. <br /> The weather was clear and hot.The ground was dry. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(l): <br /> The records were found to be very well organized. Please see the Availability of Records form in this report. <br /> FISH and WILDLIFE—Rule 4.18: <br /> Bear scat was seen on the Utility Bench. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage—Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Six sediment ponds were inspected: B,C, D,F,J,and K.None of the ponds were discharging.None of the ponds <br /> contained water except Pond J,and Pond J was not close to full.
